Inspired by restaurant owner Chef Cairo since the early 2000s, our journey began raised in Kansas City with a vision to elevate the dining experience by providing authentic flavors and exceptional premium taste.
In the process of relocation the pandemic occurred, and the uncertainty affected local business closings nationwide. After a short time had passed, an outpour came from the community for the BEST Fried Fish in the city to return. Chef Cairo decided to retail the seasoned fry mixes to the public that made his name popular in the Kansas City metropolitan area. The brand is committed to sourcing the finest ingredients and crafting products that reflect our dedication to culinary excellence.
Chef Cairo with his to down earth sense of humor and smile often says, "People can't figure out how the pyramids were made, and they can't figure out how we make this food taste so good." The guest would burst out in laughter. The joy and satisfaction of our supporters keeps us going and we greatly appreciate it.
